The restaurant downtown has really strange hours, and most the time it's closed when I pass by. It's on 4th Ave. between D and E street. I usually boil the frozen ones for about 7 minutes and then add butter, vinegar, sour cream, curry, siracha sauce and cilantro.<br />-NatashaKnitNathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18077568716553184787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1790445938213515658.post-38693652445209598752014-02-16T17:34:55.324-09:002014-02-16T17:34:55.324-09:00So sorry I never replied to this! I spread them out on a baking sheet and freeze them before bagging them so they don't stick together in the bag.KnitNathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18077568716553184787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1790445938213515658.post-62823750619780890772014-02-16T17:33:16.595-09:002014-02-16T17:33:16.595-09:00Hi Chad,

And since they are easy to prepare, it would be a nice idea to have a ready supply in your freezer. I would definitely give your recipe for Russian pelmeni a try one of these days. :)Hamish Liddellhttp://www.oneginnyc.com/cuisine/index.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1790445938213515658.post-51860313593574257562011-08-24T10:46:56.580-08:002011-08-24T10:46:56.580-08:00We love pelmini.
